HCCC Board of Directors - 2023-2024

The Board of Directors is accountable to HCCC’s member organizations for setting strategic directions and for the financial integrity of the organization.  It is accountable within the boundaries of contracts which define the relationship between the Health Charities Coalition of Canada and other external partners.

The Board of Directors provides strategic guidance for the organization and evaluates its performance to ensure that the organization achieves its mission and mandate. It also provides oversight and direction to the Chief Executive Officer.
